Working in body therapy, I constantly recommended that my clients engage in regular Pilates to keep themselves pain-free. However, many of them reported back to me that they didn’t have the confidence to join a large group, that classes were too advanced for them, etc. So, this spurred me on to train and offer this as a part of my therapies.
I am so passionate about supporting clients to feel better, being pain-free, and helping them feel stronger, and I love teaching! It’s now another favourite addition to my work. One-to-one Pilates Classes are where the magic of Pilates really comes to life. They allow you 100% attention. With this focused attention, I can assess, modify and help you get the most out of your Pilates practice. The real magic of these private classes is that I will also use the EMMETT Technique to support you in getting the most out of your Pilate sessions.
