I originally trained as a nurse in 1990 and, in later years, focused on lecturing and teaching. My journey into complementary therapy began in 2010 when I suffered significant damage to my knee ligament. Conventional physical therapy proved ineffective, and when surgery was proposed, I opted to explore alternatives. SCENAR therapy seemed promising, but with no available therapist, I decided to undergo training myself. To my delight, I successfully treated my ligament.

Later on, while facing balance issues on the basketball court, a friend performed some EMMETT moves that made a remarkable difference. This experience motivated me to train in the EMMETT Technique, ultimately enabling me to transition into full-time work as a therapist, assisting people dealing with restriction and discomfort.

Over the past no of years I have attended this lady’s highly professional service for a variety of ailments, namely back and leg pain and post respiratory issues(prior to COVID).
